This website (taffsellence.com) is operated by Taffsellence OÜ, registry code 16787255, Sõrve mnt 63, Saaremaa vald, 93872, Estonia.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Through the contact form, when you write to us: first name, last name, email address and the content of your message.
By email, when you get in touch: your email address, name and the content of our correspondence.
Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived and the time of your visit. This is collected by our website platform, Wix, through its built-in analytics.
For business outreach, we collect business contact details from public sources (company websites, the Estonian business register, LinkedIn): company name, contact person's name and job title, and work email address. We do not collect private individuals' data for this purpose.
We do not collect special categories of personal data or payment card details. The site carries no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no other third-party tracking.
3. WHY, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Delivering the service and managing the client relationship — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Site usage statistics and reliability — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Sending business proposals to business contacts — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), B2B direct marketing.
Accounting and invoice retention — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. COOKIES
The Wix platform sets strictly necessary cookies without which the site cannot function: they maintain your session, provide security and remember your language choice. Wix also uses analytics cookies that let us see visitor numbers and which pages are most viewed.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

5. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. It is accessible only to the service providers we could not operate without: Wix.com Ltd for website hosting, the contact form and analytics; our email service provider for delivering and storing correspondence; and our accountant for data relating to invoices and contracts.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a valid adequacy decision.
Data may also be disclosed to law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract — 2 years from the last correspondence.
Client relationship data — for the duration of the relationship and 3 years after it ends.
Accounting source documents — 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
Business contacts used for outreach — up to 1 year from the last contact. If you ask to be removed, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
Site analytics — per the Wix platform's settings, generally up to 24 months.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased where we have no legal ground to keep it; to restrict or object to processing; to receive your data in a machine-readable format and have it transferred; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If we sent you a business proposal and you do not want further emails, reply to the message or write to support@taffsellence.com — we will remove you immediately and permanently.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@taffsellence.com. We respond within one month at the latest.

9. SECURITY
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data submitted through the contact form is accessible only to people associated with Taffsellence OÜ who need it for their work.
